Steve Jackson

Chief Executive Officer

Steve was appointed as CEO in 2025. Steve joined KIK in December 2019 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining KIK, he held positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Anchor Glass, Driven Brands and Remington Arms Company where he also served as a Board member. Steve began his professional career with 13 years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he left as a Partner in 2003. He brings over 25 years of proven leadership experience to KIK. Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nichols College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Financial Officer

Zak joined KIK in May 2022 as VP, Finance for Household.  Prior to joining KIK, Zak held senior financial positions at Zep Inc. and Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC.  Zak began his career working for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals for 10 years in multiple positions.  Zak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Chadron State College.

Chief Operating Officer

Chris is the Chief Operating Officer for KIK, with responsibility for the Company’s Manufacturing, Environmental Health and Safety, Quality and Engineering operations. He joined KIK in July 2020 as SVP of Pool Operations and also served as SVP of Household Operations. With more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience across industrial, manufacturing and consumer goods companies, Chris was previously General Manager at AZZ WSI, and Vice President, Supply Chain at Kids II. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Global Masters of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University.

Steve Olinger

President, Pool Division

Steve is the President of the KIK Pool Business Unit, responsible for overseeing the global pool care business with leading brands including Clorox® Pool & Spa™ (under license), Pool Time®, Pool Essentials®, BioGuard®, Natural Chemistry®, and Bayrol (Europe) . Steve joined the company in 2005 and has held several senior leadership commercial roles including serving as the President of the KIK Household Business Unit.  Prior to joining KIK, Steve spent the majority of his career with leading CPG companies including P&G, Reckitt Benkiser, The Coca-Cola Company, and Nabisco where he held roles in sales leadership and direct business management at different levels within each organization.

President, Household Division

Jason joined KIK in July 2020 as the VP, Sales for the Household Business Unit.  Prior to KIK, Jason held sales leadership and general management positions at leading CPG companies including Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Mars, and Georgia Pacific. Since joining KIK, Jason has led Supply Chain for the Household BU and served as President, Lavo.  Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA in Organizational Management from University of Tennessee.

Jennifer Alfaro

Chief Human Resources Officer

Jennifer joined KIK in May 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer. After a brief sabbatical in 2021 she returned to the role in May 2022. Prior to joining KIK, Jennifer held CHRO roles at MORSCO and LMI Aerospace. She began her career in the aerospace divisions of Goodrich Corporation within Human Resources and held senior leadership roles at Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Dean Foods. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University with a post-graduate in Human Resources from Humber College.

Suzanne Day

Chief Legal Officer

Suzanne joined KIK as Chief Legal Officer in February 2025 from Bracewell LLP, where she has supported numerous organizations on a variety of legal matters. Previously, Suzanne spent 23 years at The Lubrizol Corporation, a provider of specialty chemicals for the transportation, industrial and consumer markets backed by Berkshire Hathaway. During her tenure at Lubrizol, she led the legal team for more than 10 years while also holding the role of President for Lubrizol Oilfield Solutions for a two-year period. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Chief of Staff

Jeff joined KIK as Chief Supply Chain Officer in April, 2019. Prior to this role, Jeff was the SVP of Global Supply Chain and R&D for the Outdoor and Recreation Division of Newell Brands. Jeff has held several executive leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Pitney Bowes, and Jarden Corp. He began his career as an Army Officer rising to the rank of Captain before joining the corporate workforce. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA in operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

EVP, Logistics and Supply Chain

Sarah joined KIK in October 2021 as SVP, Transportation & Distribution. Prior to joining KIK, Sarah held senior leadership roles at Indigo Ag and Danaher Corporation where she was the Global VP, Transportation & Logistics/Strategic Transformation for the Dental Segment. Leading up to Danaher, Sarah held multiple positions in the logistics and international trade industry. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University.

Ari Sahakian

SVP, Corporate Development and Strategic Projects

Ari joined KIK in 2014 and leads the Corporate Development activity, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining KIK, Ari was Vice President Corporate Development at a Canadian publicly listed healthcare services company, and PwC, as a Director in the Transaction Advisory group advising strategic and financial buyers on domestic and international transactions across a broad number of industries, including healthcare, technology and manufacturing. Ari is Chartered Accountant (Ontario) and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois), and holds a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
